Hawaiian Pizza Recipe
Cooked to perfection in our EK4923 Pizza Oven  
 
Ingredients
90g tomato pizza sauce 
50g cooked ham, sliced 
40g mozzarella, grated 
15g Pecorino cheese, grated 
½ onion, diced 
1 whole pineapple 
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil 
Chilli flakes 
Fine sea salt
Method
Step 1: Peel the pineapple using a sharp knife, then cut the fruit away from its core and cut the pineapple into small chunks 
Step 2: Mix the pineapple and onion with olive oil and a sprinkling of sea salt and chilli flakes and place into a cast iron pot and roast in the oven for approx. 5 minutes until the pineapple is caramelised 
Step 3: Spoon the passata into the centre of the dough and spread out using the back of a spoon, then spread the Pecorino cheese, ham, roasted pineapple, and onion onto the pizza base, topping everything with the grated mozzarella 
Step 4: Slide the pizza onto the pizza stone and bake the pizza for 1 minute or until the pizza is browned, turning it 180° halfway through cooking
